Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable).

Conference: The conference registration fee is non-refundable.

Hotel: If your hotel package is cancelled more than 90 days prior to the start date, a penalty of $500 USD per person will apply. If the cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to the start date, there will be a 100% penalty, and no refunds will be issued. Unused portions of the conference and/or hotel package, including dives and other included amenities, are non-refundable and non-transferable. If payment was made via Amex, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Travel Insurance: We recommend attendees explore travel insurance options that suit their individual needs.
